Your work

The work dashboard

Who has paid, what is left on their balance, and what to do next. Ordered so nobody goes quiet.

The work panel is the other half of the product. It holds your offers, your clients, their balances, your to-dos and a timer, and it opens over your page the same way the content panel does.

What it puts in front of you

The first thing you see is not a list of everything. It is the short list of who needs attention, and it is ordered deliberately.

Clients with hours still on their balance come first, oldest untouched at the top. The client you worked on this morning is at the bottom. The one who paid three weeks ago and has heard nothing since is at the top.

Alongside each one is the next open to-do for them, so the list answers "who, and what" rather than only "who."

Why that order

A client who has paid and gone quiet is the most expensive thing in a practice. They are owed work, they are waiting, and every day of silence makes the eventual conversation worse. Sorting by recent activity would put them where you cannot see them.

What else it raises

The panel also flags the specific situations that need a decision rather than just work: a balance running low, a balance that has run out, a client who is overdrawn because you logged more hours than they bought, and to-dos with nothing scheduled against them.

Each of those can be snoozed if it is not today's problem.

What your client sees of it

Nothing. There is no page they can open, no balance they can check, no notification when their hours run low. They buy, they get a receipt, and everything after that comes from you. This record is for you.
