Title and tagline
Your title is your name or your business name. Your tagline is the short line under it. Treat the tagline as the first of the three sentences: what you fix.
The footer
Your footer carries a small "Made with Yoursellf" credit that links back here, and a way to report the page. Both stay on every site.
Payments
If you have not connected Stripe, Settings says so and offers the way in. Until then, visitors do not see your offers at all. Only you do.
