The Work panel is the other half of the product. It holds your offers, your clients, their balances, your to-dos and a timer. It opens over your site the same way the Content panel does.
Today
On a new site, your own setup list comes first. It is a set of to-dos on the client who is you. It stays at the top until it is done. Your own client never raises an alarm about hours.
Under it is the short list of who needs attention. Clients with hours left come first, oldest untouched at the top. The client you worked on this morning is at the bottom. The one who paid three weeks ago and has heard nothing is at the top.
Next to each one is their next open to-do, so the list says who and what.
Why that order
A client who has paid and gone quiet is owed work and is waiting. Sorting by recent activity would hide them. Sorting by oldest untouched shows them first.
What else it flags
A balance that has run out. A client who is overdrawn because you logged more hours than they bought. To-dos with nothing scheduled. Each can be snoozed if it is not today's problem.
What your client sees
Nothing. There is no page they can open and no balance they can check. They buy, they get a receipt, and everything after that comes from you.
