Managing work

The timer

Run the clock while you work. The hours come off the client's balance with a note attached.

Start picks a client and begins counting. Pause it, resume it, or move it to another client while it runs. Stop logs the time against that client's balance.

Every entry needs a description. It tells the client what the hours went on.

Starting from a to-do

A to-do can be handed to the timer. The client and the description are filled in from it.

Time you forgot to time

Log time records hours without running the clock: a phone call, or something you fixed before you sat down. It takes a client, how long, and what it was for.

Today

A bar shows the time logged today, and your daily goal if you set one. The log opens the entries themselves.

Discarding

A timer left running by mistake can be discarded instead of logged. It does not touch any balance.
